This is the humble beginning of the streaking Australian EDM talent that is PIXL, alter ego of the electronic genius that is Nemanja Brenjo.
In the space of only 2 years, he took the vision of the aspiring live show he would strive to deliver in the future and made it a reality. Adopting electro, progressive house and hues of dubstep, using what he had been given in the way of novice home equipment, the quest for the endeavor began...
Kaskade & Adam K hand picked PIXL's re-imagining of their track 'Raining', as the winner of the Ultra Records Remix contest.
This served as a stepping stone to bigger things for the young Australian, envoking his dream to endow the love of live performance as a full production with high-end professionals and the crowds in front of him. His music has been signed to some of the biggest labels in the industry including Monstercat, Armada, Zouk Recordings, Onelove and of course, Ultra.
With a distinct adoration for electronic music and an underlying finesse in production, PIXL’s inclination was never to be a DJ yet his intelligent masterpieces in the form of epic tunes took him further than the studio alone. This in turn giving him the boost as a DJ he needed to share his work.
Invitations to join the festival circuit in Australia naturally came and on the eve of his relocation to Canada, he will make his first trip across the ditch to perform one show in New Zealand before departing for the Northern Hemisphere.
