What has playfully been called Operation Girls Pissing on Young Hellions is now a reality - no more enigmatic posts on Facebook or Twitter. Girls pissing on girls pissing and Y o u n g H e l l i o n s are making their return (or in the latter's case, debut) to the South Island later this month!
GPOGP have been on a roll throughout 2014, with audiences swelling at each show and interest once again in the pop banger, A Fraud Abroad, since the release of the music video (link here - https://www.youtube.com/watch'v=Rl-FYmU4x6s). With less audible gasps upon stating their name to people, we welcome the advent of their follow up to Eeling later this year.
Young Hellions (a.k.a Maeve Munro) has also managed to carve a neat little following throughout 2014 also. The release of a self-titled EP through MUZAI/Flying Out managed to earn a solid review with The Corner (no really) and also manage to chart in the Top 10's of 95bFM, RadioActive, Radio 1 and RDU.
Coming along also, albeit not as far as the everyone else, is Christchurch's neo-goth (we think') band Log Horn Breed, because it just makes sense to have them on the tour. Mmkay'
