Wellington Noir Psychedelic Trio The Mantarays have spent the last five years carving out an original sound combining ’60s R+B with exotica and astral psychedelia. They create a surreal psychedelic journey through exotic landscapes, astral surf pounders and futuristic abstractions. Out of this world guitaring, swirling Hammond Organ and pounding drums – think Sun Ra meets Booker T dipped in Pink Floyd’s Ummagumma with a twist of The Doors.
