Gig Information

Race Banyon [DJ Set]

Race Banyon is the production moniker of Wellington's Eddie Johnston. In the past year, Race Banyon has opened for the likes of Rustie, Baauer, Ryan Hemsworth, Kaytranada and @Peace. He’s also created remixes for The Phoenix Foundation, Doprah and Grayson Gilmour. Justin Bieber follows him on twitter. Riding off the back of acclaimed performances at King's Arms in Auckland and Puppies Bar, Race Banyon is in fine form right now, come watch him go from zero to one hundred real quick.

Fighting The Shakes [Live]

The collective project of Jayesh Ravla (vocals/guitar) Chetan Parbhu (drums) and Jarred Bishop (bass), Fighting The Shakes are one of the best alternative bands in the capital. Active since 2008, they've played alongside the likes of The Mint Chicks, Cut Off Your Hands, So So Modern, This Night Creeps along the way cultivating an energetic and dynamic reputation. They are currently mixing and mastering their long awaited, highly anticipated forthcoming debut album.

Dam-G [DJ Set]

Be it Cuban cigars, liquor, food, clothing, rap music or rare soul and disco records, Dam-G appreciates and endorses the finer things in life. An experienced nightclub DJ, walking/talking music encyclopedia, and general smack talker, over the last six years he's been a regular presence on the Wellington and Auckland DJ circuits. In that time Dam-G has held residencies at Good Luck, Havana, Bettys and Chow. Outside of regular gigs, he's also opened up for the likes of The Pharcyde, Ghostface Killah (Wu-Tang Clan), Smoke DZA and Mr. Thing (Scratch Perverts) as well as local headliners @Peace, Home Brew (Young Gifted & Broke) and David Dallas.

Lydia [DJ Set]

Radioactive.fm's sweetheart, Lydia is the host of the Top 11 show on Wednesday nights. In recent times she's been bringing her sexy jams to nightclubs and bars across the capital including Good Luck and Flight Coffee's Hangar Bar. Expect a considered blend of modern beat music, silky smooth RnB, hip-hop and well loved classic late night tunes.

10pm start, free entry all night.
