To celebrate a stellar musical year, Tami, The Bads and Will are getting together at the Wine Cellar for one last show before Christmas.
In 2014 Tami put out the amazing record 'Dynamite', toured the country twice - in April with the full live band to celebrate the record release, and a second time in October with the legendary Topp Twins. The unstoppable lady Nielson won a TUI for best country song for 'Whiskey and Kisses' (co-written with Delaney Davidson) and the coveted APRA silver scroll for 'Walk'. This is a rare chance to see Tami front her full and whole hearted live band.
The Bads played the opening slot at the 2014 WOMAD festival as Tim Finn and The Bads, then later on played a stonking set of their own to an appreciative WOMAD audience. To continue on in the same theme they brought one of Australia's greatest songwriters, Don Walker, over to NZ for a couple of shows, playing as his band too. The Bads also popped over to Melbourne a few weeks back to play support for Rodriguez!
Will Wood is fresh from 2 solid months on the road playing around Europe. 2014 started with recording his first record down in Lyttleton, then putting it out to great acclaim. It's been non stop since then and Will's touring schedule is showing no sign of letting up, so best you get along to the Wine Cellar for this special line-up.
