We here at Old Hall Gigs have a bit of an aversion to creating unnecessary spectacles, so we've decided to celebrate our 10th Old Hall Gig by putting on our smallest gig ever. The essence of Old Hall Gigs has always been to create intimate experiences, and this will be our most intimate yet. Also, we just really liked the hall.
The gig will be held in the tiny Brooklyn Scout Hall, and there will be just three solo musical acts:
Finn Johansson, City Oh Sigh (Kate Uhe solo), and Bent Folk Lite (Dick Whyte). All play unique, compelling, folky music, which we think is perfect for a night in a scout hall. Bring a torch and a bottle of your favourite tipple. Like all Old Hall Gigs, it will be seated and BYO.
There are only 40 tickets available, so you know what to do. No doorsales.
