Originally hailing from the South Island, Tyson Smith has been around Wellington the better part of a decade after various musical meanderings overseas.
He has been guitarist with Hollie Smith, Mundi, Adam Page & the NZSO to name but a few.
He teamed up with Rick Cranson (Little Bushman) and Ed Zuccollo (currently touring with Trinity Roots) to record his album The Hollow Tree which was released late last year.
Since then the trio have been making a name for themselves around New Zealand with their unique sound featuring blues, folk, rock and world music influences.
They will be joined by Wellington-based folk/country duo Hart & Wells.
