The line up includes:
Dunedin musician Molly Devine, whose experimental style and expansive vocal range lends itself to artists such as Emilie Autumn with the charm of Florence and the Machine. This one woman powerhouse, is touring New Zealand in promotion of her debut album Planet Glitter.
Wellington musician, Lucid Effect, who stands armed with only his voice, a guitar and a loop pedal. His style has been described as Anitfolk-punk that combines the stylised writing of The Veils with the upbeat angst of Dashboard Confessional.
Portland born indie singer and pianist, Nicole Andrews, whose debut album, In the Shallows, has garnered a strong following across New Zealand and internationally. Her style is reminiscent of Tori Amos and PJ Harvey, building on strong emotional structures with a rock underbelly.
Live at Moon on the 19th of May. $10 entry, doors at 8pm.
