A fantastic evening of experimental music and sound performances, in support to Industrial Waltham's exhibition by Open Workshop #1.
This is a unique oportunity to explore the show while getting immersed in matching euphonies of environmental recordings, junk noise, found sounds, music made with manufactured instruments, unplugged mixers and broken devices.
Free event, performances start at 7.30pm with:

The Open Workshop, made possible by the Christchurch City Council's Creative Arts Development Fund, has led to the creation of site-specific artworks that respond to the threshold/tension of the declining manufacturing heritage and the emerging technological revolution in Christchurch. The show will be on display at XCHC from 5th to 10th of May.
