Gig Information

Yoko-Zuna have in two short years established themselves as one of the most exciting bands in New Zealand.

Their 2015 debut 'This Place Here' combined Yoko-Zuna’s unique instrumental sound with some of the country’s most talented vocalists including David Dallas, Bailey Wiley and Team Dynamite, and in turn created a huge queue of willing collaborators.

Not willing to rest on their laurels, May 2016 saw Yoko-Zuna release the Luminols EP a release that showcases the depth and versatility to the band’s song-writing abilities. Featuring some of NZ’s biggest vocalists in P Digsss, Laughton Kora and Tom Scott, along with the fresh talents of Lukan Rai$ey, HEAVY and Larzranda, the EP shows a band infusing the genres of electronic/hip-hop with their own inimitable sound.

Vallkyrie
With the intention of creating a new world order, Vallkyrie fuse together the sounds that influence goth, pop, R&B, and rock to create something entirely unexpected in their music.

Taking their name from the immortal female warriors of Norse mythology, Vallkyrie consists of Rebel Reid and Omer Gilroy as the powerhouse behind the industrial storm that is the new age girl power band, with Brandon Haru as their Viking drummer.

In their short time together, the trio have already earned number of stripes against their name, including a support slot at George in the Park with Weird Together, Dan Aux, Aroha & The Black Seeds.

Also featuring the DJ talents of Marjorie Sinclair 'til close.
