National tour final gig at the former Parisian tie factory behind K. Rd. Bill Direen and band The Builders play from Dunedin to Auckland this year with readings, unplugged events and gigs with guests from the past. The tour coincides with the re-release of the first Builders LP (Beatin Hearts), an EP (Measly) from Grapefruit Records with guests from NZ, and USA and an EP from SmartGuy Records (The Utopians). Bellbird Films have chosen this Builders to complete a documentary about a band on tour, so expect a camera or two to be roving. Entry is free to readings or unplugged events, and a nice price of $10 to band gigs to mark 35 years of Building.
