New Zealander Fraser MacKenzie is a self-taught musician with a passion for acoustic guitar. Fraser describes his music as 'alternative folk' as it explores the connections between folk and rock.
This afternoon join him at Sacred Hill's Cellar Door for three hours of acoustic covers and originals.

At the end of 2015 Fraser formed his own band, 'BOWYANG', where he is lead singer, lead electric guitar as well as composer. He also joined Napier-based band, 'Soul Funkin What!', as lead guitarist.
