Pete Parnham, Holly Carrington and Sue Tearne, bring tight harmony vocals to a smorgasbord of Americana, folk, and swing, with Steve Gerrish adding colour with mandolin and guitars. It’s infectious stuff, and before you know it, they’ll have you singing along with some song or other.
Pete & the Skiffy Rivets bought the house down when they did a few songs last week at the 121 Thursday acoustic sessions, so we’re getting them back for some more of their action-packed fun this Saturday as guests with Mark Laurent.
Mark will anchor the evening with an opening & closing set. There's a koha teapot on the counter & your contributions for the musicians will be greatly appreciated, thanks. The food is great & 121 has a warm, friendly atmosphere you won't want to go home from. And of course there's Moth, the cafe cat, to fuss over.
