Listen: Lou Barlow - Moving

Lou Barlow, who is widely known for his work with Sebadoh and Dinosaur Jr, has shared a track from his upcoming solo album Brace the Wave. Out early next month, the record is Barlow's first solo release since 2009's Goodnight Unknown, and if 'Moving' is anything to go by it should be well worth checking out. The single was apparently recorded off-the-cuff with a detuned ukelele, which has helped it retain a rawness befitting the subject matter of facing challenges head on. Take a listen below...
