Listen: Lontalius - Kick In The Head

The forthcoming debut album from Lontalius (aka Eddie Johnston) has to be one of our most highly-anticpated records in recent times. With earlier singles 'All I Wanna Say', 'I Guess Itsss' and of course the stunning 'Light Shines Through Dust' the 18-year-old artist has proven a real knack for penning a tear-jerking tune, and while this latest offering 'Kick In The Head' takes from a sonically different palette, incorporating more organic instrumentation such as cellos and guitars, it is as every second as heart-wrenching and emotive as his other singles.

Speaking to The Line Of Best Fit, Lontalius explains: "This is an older song, I wrote it as a lo-fi, shoegazey demo a few years ago. It took on a new life when I started playing it at shows with my band.
