Tim Gane, who is arguably best known as a former member of Stereolab, has announced a forthcoming debut album from his Berlin-based group Cavern Of Anti-Matter. Titled Void Beats / Invocation Trex, the record is set for release in mid-February via Duophonic and features contributions from Deerhunter's Bradford Cox, Spacemen 3's Sonic Boom, and Mouse on Mars' Jan St. Werner.

Gane says of the musical project: "Cavern Of Anti-Matter are spectrum addicts, setting up tiny rhythmic cells and expanding on them in certain ways, splitting the melody and stretching out.
