Listen: The Chills - Oncoming Day (Early Version)

This year The Chills mark the 30th anniversary of the landmark compilation Kaleidoscope World, and to celebrate the Dunedin outfit are releasing an expanded reissue of the record. Originally unveiled in 1986 - one year before their debut studio album Brave Worlds - the record boasted some the band's most energetic and exciting early recordings. The upcoming 24-song reissue will come complete with six bonus b-sides, demos and live tracks - one of which is the previously unreleased early recorded version of 'Oncoming Day', which you can check out below...

The Kaleidoscope World expanded reissue will be available on 2xLP Vinyl and CD from 19th August via Flying Nun Records, and is available for pre-order now over on Flying Out.
