Leila Adu Announces Four New Zealand Shows

Brooklyn-based expat artist Leila Adu has lined up four shows on home turf over the next few months. The artist, whose music has been described as "avante-garde pop that recalls Nina Simone and Tim Buckley”, is currently a Princeton doctoral fellow and is also teaching music to prisoners at Sing Sing Correctional Facility as a faculty member of Musicambia.
