Bringing the upbeat buzzyness to Laneway’s new Albert Park incarnation are Australian psychedelic space dwellers Tame Impala.
The Australian ensemble mixes the hallucinatory vibes of 60s and 70s bands such as Pink Floyd with sugary pop melodies. This particular tune, which is lifted from their 2012 record Lonerism, is reminiscent of Queens of the Stone Age with a stomping groove accompanied by oozing bass fuzz.
