Ariel Pink Releases Chalino-Esque Clip For 'Another Weekend'

Ariel Pink has popped up with a video for his latest tune 'Another Weekend', which was released earlier this month as part of a 7-inch, but has now been revealed as the lead single from his upcoming album Dedicated to Bobby Jameson. The hazy video for 'Another Weekend' was directed by Grant Singer and appears to draw inspiration from Chalino Sánchez - a Mexican artist who was best for his "narco-corrido" or drug ballads. Speaking to the upcoming album's titular reference to late LA musician Bobby Jameson, Pink said in a statement: "His book and life resonated with me to such a degree that I felt a need to dedicate my latest record to him."
Dedicated to Bobby Jameson is out 15th September via Mexican Summer.
