Weekly Round Up: Friday 22nd September

In tour news this week we were super excited to reveal that seminal stoner-doom trio Sleep are heading to New Zealand for two shows in the new year. Canadian artist Feist is coming to our shores for one show in November to celebrate the recent release of her sixth studio album Pleasure. And The Killers have lined up a three-date tour of the country for April.

In release highlights, some great videos came out of the woodwork during the week. Disasteradio cut loose an awesome new animated clip directed by his old pal Simon Ward. Berlin-based expat i.e. crazy shared a video to stimulate the senses for her single 'Praying Mantis'. King Gizz released a Sesame Street-esque clip crafted by illustrator Jason Galea for their track 'Countdown'. On the streaming front Chelsea Wolfe unveiled her highly anticipated record Hiss Spun, which was recorded by Converge's Kurt Ballou. And Indi (aka Indira Force) unveiled her lush debut album Precipice for your weekend listening pleasure.

This week's Caught Live is Shonen Knife knocking out an awesome cover of The Carpenters' 'Top Of The World'. You can catch them here at the bottom of the world here in New Zealand next month!!!
