Alex Cameron Drops Cinematic Video 'Politics Of Love'

Sydney-based pop artist Alex Cameron has shared a hilarious and poignant video for his tune ‘Politics Of Love’. Lifted from his recent album Forced Witness, the clip begins with Cameron’s long term collaborator and business partner Roy Molloy lying dead in a car with a fresh gunshot wound to his neck. The camera then reveals Cameron rifling through a briefcase that contains a bottle of liquor and a metal container with the words "Forced Witness" scrawled across it in sharpie.

The rest of the clip, which was directed by Britt McCamey and Molloy, plays out like the end credits rolling after a B-grade thriller film with the pointedly Australian landscape providing a backdrop to Molloy’s abandoned body.
