Courtney Barnett Unveils Poignant Single 'Nameless, Faceless' + Video

Australian songwriter Courtney Barnett has lifted the lid on a fresh tune titled ‘Nameless, Faceless’, along with a stylish animated video by Lucy Dyson. The track’s lyrics confront the topical subject matter of misogyny, particularly the variety internalised and manifested by internet trolls. The chirpy delivery of  “I wanna walk through the park in the dark, women are scared that men will kill them” belies the poignant reality it discusses.

Barnett has announced that this is the first sonic slice from her new album Tell Me How You Really Feel which is out Friday 18th May. While awaiting its arrival, have a hoon on ‘Nameless, Faceless’ below...
