Live Photos: The Breeders, The Beths - The Powerstation, Auckland

Kim Deal's legendary band The Breeders swooped into Auckland's The Powerstation last night for a hugely anticipated show in celebration of their superb latest album All Nerve, featuring the same lineup as their breakthrough 1993 classic album Last Splash. Bass player Josephine Wigs and drummer Jim Macpherson joined Deal and twin sister Kelley Deal to play songs from throughout The Breeders' trailblazing back catalogue to the delight of the enraptured crowd. The US indie-rock icons were supported by our very own The Beths, who are no slouches in the catchy tunes department either.
