Che Fu + Melodownz To Headline Friends & Whānau Festival

Tāmaki Makaurau's Friends & Whānau Festival have announced a killer line-up for their Saturday event happening at St. Marys Bay venue Mantells on the Water in late April. This is the very first edition of the festival, and they’re off to an incredible start with headliners Che Fu and Melodownz. DJs kick off early after doors open at 2pm, with food, music and dancing running non-stop until midnight. Find out what else is in store below…

The Friends & Whānau Festival is a collaboration and celebration of Aotearoa’s best Dj’s and musicians. For our inaugural festival we have enlisted two of the country’s most iconic LIVE performers ~ Che Fu & Melodownz!

Add into the mix the NZ’s finest Dj’s and selectors ~ Manuel Bundy, Alisha Paul (The Playlist Project), Dylan C, Soraya, Frank Booker, Hudge, Vee & Christoph El Truento and you have all the makings of a legendary Saturday party at one of the most stunning venues in Auckland City.

The festival runs from 2pm - Midnight @ Mantells on the Water and aims to celebrate the cultural diversity and musical genres of Aotearoa . Friends & Whānau always aim to create a fun, safe and friendly environment for people to get together, dance and enjoy quality music.
