Tami Neilson Drops Video For 'Ten Tonne Truck'

Tami Neilson has dropped a whopper of a video for 'Ten Tonne Truck', the Canadian-born Tāmaki Makaurau-based artist's third single from her forthcoming album CHICKABOOM!, releasing in February. Light hearted in spirit but packing considerable thematic heft, the Todd Neilson (Valiant Made)-directed clip stars the songwriter in two roles: a carefree sequinned Tami Neilson riding on the back of a big rig, dragged along by a hard-working Tami Neilson – a struggling figure recalling the ancient Greek myth of Sisyphus, who was doomed to push a rock uphill for all eternity. Neilson opened up to Wide Open Country about her expose of showbiz's "daily grind" in 'Ten Tonne Truck', out via streaming services this Friday...
