Unveiled late last week, amidst the drama of our nationwide lockdown due to the coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak, the perfectly-timed collection offers something of a sonic balm for stress. The incredibly funky grooves of 'Fun With Pork' deliver what it says on the lid and more, 'Sam Meow Jackson' gets asses shaking with fractal-like percussive workouts and club-friendly sample snatches, while the pointedly titled pulsing minimalism of 'Stolen Land, Stolen Beats' serves as a reminder New Zealand still needs to collectively sort its shit out.
