Papakura hip hop artist and Student Radio Network Awards shortlister Fable has shared all nine-tracks of his beaut sophomore EP I'll See You In Hawaiki, produced alongside Tāmaki's PHLU and Silas Futura. Having already dropped singles 'Let Me In', 'That Will Never Change' and student radio beast 'Karakia', Fable stans would have picked up on the new EP's shift from the heavier, more distorted sounds of debut A Place Called Home, towards a softer, RnB / pop approach, while still weaving through artful touches of auto tune. Speaking on bFM Breakfast, Fable explained I'll See You In Hawaiki as a journey by waka to the homeland, starting slow and picking up pace as the listener approaches Hawaiki — where spirits find their final resting place.
