I've never been inside of one, but cream-suited Alex Cameron croons "never try to hide in a K Hole" on his brand new tune of the same name, so I'm feeling chipper to be a bit ahead of the horse tranquilizer avoidance game. There's smashing lines aplenty on the Australian pop-rocker's groovy latest single, singing "a serial killer for the plane / a wet TV left on the street in the rain" with the sincere passion of a '60s San Fran psych guru, articulating his musical vision of solitary self-medication and dropping C-bombs with infectious glee. The stylish accompanying clip, directed by Jim Larson and featuring Cameron's business partner / saxophonist Roy Molloy with longtime bandmate Justin Nijssen in the framing sequence, showcases Cameron making shapes in a glammed-up church of his imagination (actually St. Ann & The Holy Trinity Church in Brooklyn Heights). 'K Hole' is the third single to be released from Cameron's forthcoming record Oxy Music dropping on 11th March — watch below...

'K Hole' is out now on major streaming services. Oxy Music launches on Friday 11th March via Secretly Canadian.
