Here's one that dropped recently that certainly deserves another online shoutout, the first official new single from DOG Power since their classic 2018 Flying Nun self-titled debut album. Hailing from Ōtautahi, Henry Nicol and Sam Perry's soulfully strung out and bluesy' 'Cab Driver' launched a week back with an appropriately noirish video directed by Stuart Page — starring Peter Tait in the title role and made with support from NZ On Air. Their long-awaited second album Black Mamba releases in full on 16th September, soak up the lonesome late nite vibrations of 'Cab Driver' and peep the bad to the bone tracklist below...
