Spotlight: Paige 'King Clown' Debut Album Release Tour
Even if they have coulrophobia (the fear of clowns), fans of Aotearoa's rapidly rising star Paige aka Paige Tapara (Ngāti Maniapoto, Ngāti Tūwharetoa) are fearlessly planning to celebrate her debut album King Clown when it launches on Friday 13th October. The 'Aquarian’ artist will begin a four-date nationwide tour starting at hometown Tāmaki Makaurau, before jetting off to Pōneke, Ōtautahi and Mt Maunganui — order King Clown before 20th October via JB Hi-Fi HERE for a free ticket to a show of your choosing.
Having remarkably achieved platinum success in South Korea and ticked off her goal to perform in Australia, the Billie Eilish-approved songwriter is about to shake the stage with her sincere and snappy music. But first, catch her this Friday at a live / acoustic in-store performance at Tāmaki’s Real Groovy, with a chance to win signed CDs. Paige encourages gig-goers to dress up (as clowns?) and get in quick to pinch a copy of King Clown on coloured vinyl or CD. Spark customers should keep an eye out for ticket offers in the near future too…
