Movements Announce Debut New Zealand Shows

Chris Cudby / Thursday 1st February, 2024 1:00PM

Emerging from Rancho Santa Margarita, California in the mid '10s, Movements are bringing their huge post-hardcore / emo-punk anthems to Tāmaki Makaurau's Neck Of The Woods and Pōneke's San Fran this coming March. Achieving a none too shabby number 3 spot on the US alternative chart with their 2020 album No Good Left, along with streaming success in the literal hundreds of millions, the Orange County four-piece of Patrick Miranda, Ira George, Spencer York and Austin Cressey are touring their third studio album RUCKUS!  launched in August '23 via Fearless Records. Don't miss Movements' debut Aotearoa headline shows in the closing days of summer, details below...

Press release:

Orange County rockers MOVEMENTS weave an intimate beauty into their post hardcore-meets-alternative-rock creations, with their latest album RUCKUS! dexterously showcasing their signature tension-and-release style in a whole new way. Off the back of a whirlwind few years at MOVEMENTS HQ, with their 2020 album No Good Left to Give debuting at #3 on the Alternative charts and their streams doubling to over 200 million streams in the U.S alone, MOVEMENTS continue to evolve and excite - and their return down under will offer fans a chance to witness them in a whole new light.
