Snapper To Play Auckland with Solid Gold Hell, Street Chant and More

Snapper have been confirmed to play an Auckland show next weekend following their Wellington shows that were announced last week.  They will headline Arch Hill Recordings annual summer showcase at the Kings Arms Tavern, now a joint event with Flying Nun Records, which also sees the return to the stage of Solid Gold Hell.  As with previous years the show will take place across two stages and will also include performances by current acts from each label including Street Chant, Transistors, Ghost Wave and Surf Friends.

No more messing around! Hail the return of Peter Gutteridge and Snapper! Peter and his buddies (and possibly some surprise guests) hit Auckland for the first time in a long time. Full band in effect. Dunedin reviews report they are in fine form.

Joining them will be the return of Solid Gold Hell - last seen over a year ago at the Flying Nun 30th anniversary celebrations. Also on the bill are Street Chant - fresh from Laneway, Transistors, Ghost Wave and Surf Friends.

Two stages. Six bands. Afternoon good times.
