Tool Announce Auckland Show in May

Tool have announced their return to New Zealand for a one off Auckland show this May. They have played twice in recent years as part of the Big Day Out (2007 and 2011), but this will be their first headline show since 2001. The announcement comes amidst rumours of a forthcoming release from the progressive metal stalwarts though maybe not this year now according to a recent interview with frontman Maynard James Keenan.  Here are the details of the show and below are a couple of their classic video clips...

The Frontier Touring Company announce the return of triple Grammy® award winning Californian prog-rockers Tool to Australia and New Zealand in 2013.

Taking time from recording their highly anticipated fifth studio album, vocalist Maynard James Keenan, guitarist Adam Jones, drummer Danny Carey and bassist Justin Chancellor will be performing a series of headline shows across Australia and New Zealand this April / May.
