Truckfighers Announced To Play Auckland and Wellington

Swedish fuzz merchants Truckfighters are heading our way for the first time in May. Touring New Zealand on the back of Cherry Rock in Australia, as are Unida who were announced to be coming last week, they are due to release a follow up to their last full length, Mania (2009), this year but details remain, well, fuzzy at this stage.

Swedish fuzz rock legends Truckfighters announce their first national tour of New Zealand. Their sound has been described as classic desert rock, similar to bands like Dozer, Fu Manchu (with whom they have toured), and Kyuss.

With three classic stoner rock albums, a documentary - a “fuzzomentary” – released in 2011, and tours across Europe, USA and South America under their belt, Truckfighters have been blowing away audiences since 2001.
