Beastwars Announce New Album - Blood Becomes Fire

Beastwars have announced details of the release of their eagerly awaited second album - Blood Becomes Fire. Out in April, it was recorded and mixed by Dale Cotton (HDU, Die! Die! Die!) and mastered by John Golden (Neurosis, Swans, Sonic Youth). The appropriately epic artwork pictured was again done by Nick Keller who won a Tui for his artwork for the band's debut record and will be best admired on the limited edition gatefold vinyl release of the album available to preorder now over at the band's new site where you can also sample the album - bloodbecomesfire.com.

Live, you can catch Beastwars on the day of the release, April 20th,  at Real Groovy Records in Auckland where they will be celebrating with a special in store performance and then in May they are playing with Unida in Auckland and Wellington  - click here for more tour and ticket information.
