Hear Two New Tracks From Vampire Weekend

Contrary to popular, online belief, Vampire Weekend will not release an album called Lemon Sounds, nor will the tracks be called things like 'Wild Thyme' (unfortunately). No, their forthcoming album is actually called Modern Vampires of the City and the band have just released two real songs, called 'Diane Young' and 'Step'. They're both quite different, while also being more nuanced and eclectic than tracks from Contra, and we look forward to the album-proper dropping on May 10th via XL Records, regardless of whether it includes the excellent puns of the fake or not.
