Video: Savages - Husbands

Savages have just been announced as one of many excellent international acts who will play next year's Laneway Festival in Auckland, and they've just shared the video for Silence Yourself album highlight, 'Husbands'. The clip, directed by John Minton, compiles frantic, brutal evolutionary footage - eggs being fertilized, ants feasting, worms, a nuclear explosion - with frontwoman Jehnny Beth's howling facial expressions: it all serves to reinforce the desperate nature of the lyrics, and you can check it out below.
