Video: David Bowie - I'd Rather Be High

David Bowie recently released an expanded version of his latest studio album, The Next Day (which included a great remix by James Murphy from LCD Soundsystem of single 'Love is Lost') and he has just shared the video for single 'I'd Rather Be High', from that album (which is also the soundtrack to a questionable Louis Vuitton advert Bowie also stars in). The clip takes war-era film clips and juxtaposes battle footage with social footage, in what we imagine is a comment on how much the former really sucks compared to the latter; it's a kind of "why can't we all just get along?" statement.
