Listen: The Dead Weather - Rough Detective

Jack White-fronted supergroup, The Dead Weather, recently announced that they would release singles throughout 2014 in the lead-up to a full length album to be released at the beginning of 2015. They've already shared 'Open Up (That's Enough)' and now they've dropped a second cut of their aggressive, gothic rock. Called 'Rough Detective', my initial reaction was to suggest that it would be a perfect addition to the True Detective soundtrack, because: the title, but also because both the show (which is excellent) and the song are glorious purveyors of that insidious, southern darkness.
