Rough Church Return For New Zealand Tour

Monday 7th April, 2014 9:11AM

Indie group Rough Church are heading to New Zealand for a series of shows kicking off this month. The Los Angeles band is fronted by Greg Franco who first visited these shores in 2004 and ended up recording SouthpawWest with Robert Scott and David Kilgour  of The Clean. This latest tour will be Franco's fifth trip to New Zealand in a decade and coincides with the release of Rough Church's new album entitled 46 Missed Calls (Live at KPFK), which is coming out through Powertool Records. A number of the new songs were penned by New Zealand poet David Eggleton and half of the album was recorded live at EStudio and the remainder was tracked during a live broadcast on LA radio station KPFK-FM.
