Video: Karen O - Rapt

Karen O has employed the services of her husband Barney Clay to create a striking video for her single 'Rapt'. The stripped-back acoustic cut is from the Yeah Yeah Yeahs frontwoman's forthcoming solo album Crush Songs which, as the title indicates, is a musical homage to the infatuations of her slightly younger days that were written and recorded several years ago before she was married to the director. On the band's Facebook page Karen explains the single: "This track is about someone who became a habit that was hard to kick." The video evokes a whole drowning-in-a-sea-of-love vibe, with the singer floating under a ocean green pool in full make-up.
