Speakers Revealed For Going Global Music Summit 2014

The organisers for Going Global Music Summit 2014 have revealed the first five international guests ahead of the September event. The summit presents an opportunity for musicians, producers, composers, labels, promoters and industry professionals to learn more about what it takes to advance in the music business. The idea is to create an environment that encourages the global exchange of ideas, techniques and trends. It incorporates a three-day schedule of live music events alongside a daytime program of panels, presentations, workshops and discussions - with a focus on new music. Here are first international guests for this year's event, with more to be announced at a later date...

Henry Compton – Client & Retail Marketing Director, The Orchard (AUST)

The dates for the event are as follows:

Going Global Music Summit 2014 at Studio One, 1 Ponsonby Road, Auckland
Friday 5th September – LABEL focus
Saturday 6th September – ARTIST focus
Monday 8th September – Meeting day / IMNZ member labels & artist reps


Artist applications are open at the Going Global website until August 11th and attendance registrations are now available via NZTIX.
