Listen/Watch: The Emilys - Play It Cool

Freshly inked cartoon band The Emilys are launching onto the scene with the release of captivating single 'Play It Cool'. The group, which purports to be (and probably is) the country's first and only animated musical act is fronted by blonde lead singer Shelley, who is joined by bearded yeti-like bass player Altamont, Shiner on drums, half-man half-goat Lex on lead guitar and back up vocals by The Triffids. The DIY project is a collaboration between musician Mark Martin (The Eversons) and brother/sister art duo Ian and Rebecca Hart.
