Listen: Death Cab For Cutie - Black Sun

The forthcoming release of Death Cab For Cutie's eighth album is being teased out with the release of lead single 'Black Sun'. The new record, Kintsugi, takes its name from the Japanese art of repairing broken ceramics with gold, silver or platinum, which enhances the cracks rather than hiding them. The  title reflects the changes in the inner-circle of the band that sees lead guitarist and founding member Chris Walla departing after 17 years. Kintsugi is slated for release in late March, but in the meantine have a taster with 'Black Sun' below...
