Live Photos: Shonen Knife - San Fran, Wellington

Osaka pop-punk trio Shonen Knife took a short tour of New Zealand over the last week, kicking off their Step Into Overdrive tour in Wellington on Wednesday and winding up things in Christchurch on Saturday night. The wee jaunt, which came with the support of Auckland outfit Miss June, follows the recent release of the group's nineteenth studio album, Overdrive, which has its sounds steeped in American classic rock (click here to read the top five 1970s rock picks from founding member Naoko Yamano).
