Aporia, the solo project of Auckland-based musician Mitchell O'Sullivan, has served up new single 'Pop Plague'. The floaty slice of synth-laced ambient pop is a taster for a forthcoming EP Heaven Force Early Fall, and features the vocals of Maija Kaipio that create an ethereal bed for O'Sullivan's low-mixed lyrics, which provide some interesting commentary including references to the alleged sex crimes of deceased British DJ and television presenter Jimmy Saville.
