Video: Shannon And The Clams - Corvette

The daydream of a romantic getaway sits at the core of the video for new cut 'Corvette' from doo-wop garage trio Shannon And The Clams. The Loren Risker-directed clip comes as the Oakland group announce the impending arrival of their fourth album, Gone By The Dawn, due out in spring. Frontwoman Shannon Shaw says the record has very much been influenced by heartbreak. "It’s not dark, but it’s kind of a devastated album,' she says. "Cody [Blanchard, guitarist] and I both ended up going through these really sad breakups right around the same time, so that’s absolutely reflected in the work". Check out 'Corvette' below...
