Northlane Singularity Tour

Tour Information
ODR & UNFD are proud to announce that Northlane will be returning to New Zealand shores in support of their highly anticipated second album “Singularity.” To celebrate the announcement Northlane have released a new music video for the track, Quantum Flux unveiled today via the viral site singularity2013.com. The track is also available on iTunes.

Singularity will be released on Friday 22nd March, only four weeks from it’s announcement and two weeks before their headline New Zealand tour.

Produced by Will Putney of Machine Shop [New Jersey] in between a Canadian tour and their support of Parkway Drive late last year, the Northlane and UNFD camps have managed to keep the recording top secret. The band caught everyone off guard when they released Worldeater last December, leading fans to believe that it was a stand-alone singe, even though it was always intended for “Singularity”. Considering their incredibly busy touring schedule in 2012, no one expected an album to be released, let alone recorded, between the 200-odd shows that Northlane played or has scheduled since the release of Discoveries.

Fans can now go to singularity2013.com and watch a short documentary on the theory and development of “Singularity”, as well as the Quantum Flux music video. World wide pre-order links for the album can also be found on the site. Stay tuned to singularity2013.com for more developments on the Singularity project.

Supporting Northlane on the entire ‘Singularity’ Tour will be New Zealand’s own Antagonist A.D. & Saving Grace.

‘Singularity’ will be both bands last shows before they depart to America for multiple tours and scoring a position on the world renowned 15th Anniversary New England Metal & Hardcore Festival in Worcester, Massachusetts alongside Hatebreed, Anthrax, Suicidal Tendencies, Exodus and many more.

Taking a different approach Antagonist A.D. could be described as 'Modern hardcore with old school ethics'. It's raw metal core at its purest and sincerest. Not watered down or compromised in anyway. Antagonist A.D. delivers the frantic intensity of hardcore, while utilizing a heavier edge.

2012 saw Antagonist A.D. sign to American label Mediaskare records & release their third full length album ‘Nothing To Noone.’ “Strong and fast, with 12 tracks to fuss about, Antagonist AD created a pure hardcore monster.”

Having released their 2012 third full length ‘The King Is Coming’ on ‘Facedown Records’ and boasting two North American tours already Saving Grace are headlining US tour number 3 featuring appearances at California’s ‘Facedown Fest’ & ‘New England Metal & Hardcore.’

Combining relentless metal-driven riffage, big breakdowns and mosh parts with the intensity and ethics of traditional hardcore, Saving Grace deliver a blistering, crowd engaging live show never failing to leave venues upturned and drenched in sweat.

Northlane’s ‘Singularity’ New Zealand Tour is set to be the biggest tour of 2013 so far, do not miss out!
