Tour Information
Sleeping Giant, War of Ages, Saving Grace, Breathing Still, Lead Us Forth and Be My Anchor; 6 bands all in the same place doing what they do best, playing to a crowd that understands what a mosh pit actually is… hopefully. Zeal West is going to be packed out and it this is going to be an insane show, so be a part of it and don’t miss out.

On top of this show the Admonish Trust are also hosting the Auckland leg of Vices GO! On the 29/1/15, as such we have 150 bundle tickets available for only $45, just click this link:

Also, as a part of the same event there will be free optional seminars to help developing believers get a firm grasp on what grace and mercy actually means in the Christian context. Bring your friends, church leaders, parents and grandparents because minds will be blown on this day. If you don’t have a good understanding of God’s authoritative revelation of our adoption through His propitiation, you certainly should make an effort to be there for the seminars.

Admonishment – brings a ‘home field’ advantage to bands in the heavy music culture(s) that have a heart for the message hope, and it brings encouragement for believers to abstain from apathy, ignorance and hypocrisy. It is presented by the Admonish Trust, a new organisation that is being built from a labour of love by and for local people.
Sleeping Giant – after touring NZ and playing at Parachute in 2013 they are once again storming our shores after their recently released record ‘Finished People’. Sleeping Giants dynamic performance can only rivalled by their own capacity to be ruthlessly honest, a potent mix of sing-a-longs, breakdowns and passion.

War of Ages – Coming to NZ for their first time! Having started in Pennsylvania 12 years ago, WAO has undoubtedly proven their strength, musicianship and relentless passion mixed with an honest vulnerability. Their recent release of ‘Supreme Chaos’ showcases their signature sound, flawless guitar work and manliness personified (Audio-fied). They are a metalcore band that has time and time again proven themselves worthy of respect in both religious and secular culture.

Saving Grace – If you need this band to be introduced to you, you are either supporting local wrong or not at all. This problem can easily be fixed by showing up to local shows, buying local merch, albums, etc. Anyhow, these local heavy weights showed us just how good they really are in their release of ‘The Urgency’. Based off repeated first-hand experience these guys live shows are always majestically ruthless and tight, whether they were playing main stage at a large festival or when it was the first time they ventured to your town, their show is always on point and this event is the kind that Saving Grace will come along and dominate.

Everyone else – Breathing Still, Lead Us Forth and Be My Anchor; all local, all underrated and all amazing. Expect these local acts to blow you away, they will not be over shadowed by the larger bands, their music is world class, the only difference is that they are local and locally focused. My advice is that instead of ‘saving yourself’ for the bigger acts, get off your lazy gluteus maximus and start exercising because these bands are legit and deserve to be supported as such.

If you have read this far it is likely that you have no life and are therefore not wasting it by reading this, a logical conclusion to come to then is that buying a ticket will also not be a waste; so buy a ticket, support local and have a life worth wasting. – This is meant to inspire you to buy a ticket; if it did then you are equally messed in the head as I, if not then forget everything I wrote leading up to this and out from your own strength be inspired to buy a ticket, or you could revert to being a keyboard warrior and complain about this event online. The power of choice is yours.
